The Owner Manager Program (OMP) is Australia’s leading program exclusive to owners of mid-sized private businesses ($5m - $100m) looking for personal growth and business improvement. OMP is a highly practical, comprehensive and results-driven experience that follows a proven philosophy and process that has been tested and refined for more than a decade. The program has been completed by a number of FBA members and owners of family businesses. Participants range from owners looking to develop exit plans and strategies, new generation owners looking to develop much-needed business skills and owners looking for tools and connections to improve their business so that it can thrive for years to come. All family business owners, no matter where they are in their journey, will benefit from doing the OMP. |
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a practical course for senior leaders in private businesses and owners of smaller enterprises. Held over three months, it builds commercial capability, leadership confidence and strategic perspective. With a focus on real-world application, participants gain the tools and mindset to contribute more effectively to business growth, performance and long-term value. |
