Get an inside look at Inglewood Farm, a poultry farm leading the way in certified organic free-range chicken. Meet the family behind the business, discover how they acquired the farm in 2013 and learn how they have built a thriving operation with 14 family members working across three generations within their family group of companies.
The Youngberry family acquired the farm in 2013 when it was in financial turmoil. They saw an opportunity to turn the farm in a new direction and bring it back from its downward spiral. The family gave the farm a clear vision, 'return to good', to guide everyone. The farm turned a profit within the first six months of its ownership.
During this special event, you will join Director Katrina Hobbs in a Q&A where she will discuss resilience in the face of challenges, disruption and how it can lead to opportunity and take you on a special tour of the facility.

Meet Inglewood Farms
Inglewood Poultry Farm is part of a multi-generational agribusiness group operating across food and agribusiness. The Youngberry family acquired the business in 2013, and it has since grown into Australia’s leading producer of certified organic free-range chicken, supplying retailers and supermarkets nationwide. The business operates a vertically integrated model, managing key parts of the supply chain from paddock to plate.
Inglewood Poultry Farm sits within a broader family group that includes five entities operating across food and agribusiness. Fourteen family members are involved across three generations, with family members working in different parts of the business and contributing to its day-to-day operations and longer-term direction.
Today, the Youngberry family continues to lead the business. After acquiring the farm during a period of financial difficulty, they returned it to profitability within six months. Inglewood Poultry Farm remains focused on steady growth, family involvement and the long-term future of the broader family business.
